My Czech Heritage Cookbook

A collection of more than one hundred Czech recipes, many of them from the author’s Babi (grandmother), Alma Benesh, that have been passed down from generation to generation. Also included are more than forty of the author’s family favorites; the history of the kolach; and the history of the poppy seed.
